The Grunte & Cers team advises on issues of compliance, management and liability as well as on the environmental implications of corporate and financing transactions. This includes negotiations over warranties and indemnities in acquisitions and sales. We also help our clients with the environmental aspects of the due diligence process.
We have extensive experience in handling matters involving mining rights, waste disposal, water regulation as well as other aspects of environmental law practice.
For our long-term clients, we provide legal assistance for obtaining licenses and permits for exploration and extraction of resources. and with respect to carrying out these activities.
We provide Professional advice in relation to the legal consequences of pollution, the requirements and conditions with respect to performance of activities that pollute, activities with SEG emission quotas, waste management legal regimes, normative regulation of territorial planning, legal aspects of environmental impact assessments, the legal regime of protection zones, and protected areas and the restrictions set forth therein.
We also represent clients in court with respect to the above matters.
